If an item is deemed defective due to workmanship or materials, please return it as soon as possible by following the steps on the included Returns delivery note. Please mark the reason code as “Defective” to indicate the defective issue. Please note, this applies only to normal wear and does not apply to misuse, accidental damage or changing your mind.
